Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Luxeewrist purchase. Please review the policy below for watches, straps, and accessories.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging, tags, links, manuals, and protective films intact. Requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Personalized or engraved items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Request a Return
Email info@haloluxes.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos showing the condition and packaging. We will respond with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Condition and Inspection
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Signs of wear, scratches, resized bracelets, missing parts, or damaged packaging may result in refusal or a restocking deduction.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price excluding original shipping fees and duties. Processing by your bank or card provider can take several business days after we approve the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer another item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@haloluxes.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a trackable and insured service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Shipping charges for refused or undeliverable packages are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us, we will refund the product price minus any carrier return fees where applicable.
